Which plans include bookings?

Bookings are included on Pro and Business. The Free plan answers questions only.

Can two visitors book the same time?

No. The time is checked again at the moment of booking, so double bookings are impossible.

What kinds of businesses use it?

Clinics, salons, consultants, restaurants (with the tables preset), schools, real estate agencies and anyone who takes appointments. Presets cover appointments, consultations, restaurant tables and classes.

Can my team add bookings by hand?

Yes. Add bookings for phone or walk-in customers in the calendar, or cancel them; the person is emailed either way.
