How much can an agent learn?

Each agent has a training size: 1 MB of text on Free, 15 MB on Pro and 20 MB on Business. Websites count like every other input.

Is my content used to train AI models?

No. Your content and conversations stay in your workspace and are never used to train AI models.

What happens when it doesn't know?

It says so instead of guessing, and can offer the contact form so your team follows up.
